Simon Ricketts has defined data strategy and led analytics teams for a number of leading international retail and media brands (Tesco, Warner Music, Channel 4, B&Q) for over 18 years. He recently joined SYNTASA as the Customer Engagement Director, where he’ll apply his extensive client-side experience to ensure their customers maximise ROI and deliver business outcomes using SYNTASA’s next-generation predictive behavioural analytics and data consolidation platform.
